When labelling and organising information in an organisation several times there are linguistic issues between users of how to label those information, due to the fact different people find different words that they can understand and interpret better.
These issues are a result of several differences which could be:
• Language
• Culture
• Understanding
• Metaphors
• Confusion in terminology
• Acronyms

Quality should be the focus and an embedded requirement throughout the project lifecycle, from proposals, to requirements specifications, graphic designs, systems design, coding, testing, deployment and support.
This will allow the organisation to:
• Make re-usable code
• Readable code
• Consistency across all modules
• Code can be easily understood by new developers or developers that were not involved with the project
• Minimises bugs
• Faster bug solving
• Better maintenance
